Server metrics can be captured using nmon/sarmon utility.Load runner also been used for UI modules to measure the performance metrics .

Orders being captured and maintained in their AT& T Web portal.The Back office Agent picks the order from their portal queue and track the order .They will update the order once the connections has been completed/reviewed.
