UOB bank provides a wide range of financial services through its global network of branches, offices, subsidiaries and associates: personal financial services, private banking, commercial and corporate banking, investment banking, corporate finance, capital market activities, treasury services, futures broking, asset management, venture capital management, insurance and stockbroking services. UOB will receive payment files from their customers using SFTP communication channel and UOB will send acknowledgement back to them immediately. Once uob receives the file then it will send to internal applications running on AS400 for further processing. Internal application team will generate corresponding Acceptance (ACC) or Reject (REJ) files and send back to customer. UOB uses Axway Secure Transport tool to provide SFTP connectivity to the customer and also will do PGP encryption and decryption of files which are receiving from customer or sending to customer.

As a part of their B2B operations Sterling Integrator application is using for exchanging documents with their trading partners from different business units like consumer, Electronics etc.

3M is a global technology company delivering innovative solutions to lifes everyday needs headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, US. 3M serves customers through five business groups, which increase speed and efficiency by sharing technological, manufacturing, marketing and other resources.They are handling B2B operations using Sterling Integrator by outsourcing to Wipro. As a part of their B2B operations Sterling Integrator application is using for exchanging documents with their trading partners from different business units like consumer, Electronics and Energy,Healthcare, Industrial, safety and graphics etc.

Astrazeneca is BioPharmaceutical company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is the worlds seventh-largest pharmaceutical company measured by 2012 prescription drug sales. They have started in-house operations to handle by their IT support teams. As a part of their operations Cyclone Interchange MFT tool / application are using for exchanging documents with their trading partners like laboratories, pharmacies,banks etc.

Software AGis world leading business infrastructure software provider with products in various technologies like DBMS, application modernization, SOA, BPMS and ESB.We have developed SWIFT MT to MX converter service for Standard Chartered Bank client using flow services in Webmethods ESB component. This converter can be translated MT 509, MT 512 and MT 515 messages into corresponding MX xml messages which can be processed by the SCB internal applications.

Pearson Education system deals with publishing books, e-learning, e-books, School & college products, and home learning etc. They are using so many internal applications to handle their business seamlessly. Sterling Integrator, Synchrofy and Sterling File Gateway are one of those applications going to get taken care by the Cognizant. In this project I am going to handle support activities which are related to above applications. In respective of Pearson we are going to receive or sent many ANSI X12,EDIFACT,TRADACOMS , flat file ,CSV and XML format files from their trading partners . While receiving/sent these transactions if we found errors then we need to analyze it and resolve those errors with in specific time lines. Most possibly we would receive EDI 850, 855, 856, 810, ORDERS, INVOIC, Digital Sales file etc. transactions. Sometimes we would receive requests for enhancements and onboarding new trading partners so we need to handle those requests by contacting customers and get the requirements to putting into implementation.

Cigna is a health insurance provider to personal or institutions to get health benefits with their simplified insurance plans. In this project we would receive multiple HIPAA transactions like EDI 837, 834, 271, 272, 276 etc. from different customers of Cigna by using different communication protocols. After receiving those messages will be processed at Cigna and will be uploaded to different internal applications.

CEVA Logistics makes business flow. As one of the worlds leading non-asset-based supply chain management companies, we design and implement industry-leading solutions in both freight management and contract logistics. As a project member, I have implemented end to end flows between different trading partners of CEVA.i.e. Carrefour , HP, Dell Hub, Beckman, Flowserve, Commins, Intel, GSK, DanharFluke& Apple etc. The EDI Gentran is a project which handles their business transactions like Invoicing, Orders, Order Planning, Sales, and Dispatching etc thru a single window. All these transactions follow EDI X12 format. The Transactions are carried through various platforms and are integrated to a UNIX server for the global updates.

In this project migrating Gentran maps into Contivo based maps. There is requirement for mapping between multiple transactions like flat files, CSV, EDI 850,810,855,856 and SAP IDOCs etc. There is another requirement as per Storanso project for migrating from Seeburger maps generated java code to Contivo based maps by using mapping technique. Another IP Managing Service project requirement to develop maps between different type of transactions like EDI, cbXML, xCBL and Pappinett.
