Centric Ordering tool is a retail management tool that allows Lafarge Nigeria PLC to manage and oversee the retail end of their distribution across Nigeria. This tool allows fields sales agents, field sales managers and sales and operations planners to coordinate cement distribution on behalf of a retailer to the channel distributor in that geographical area. It is also used to track performance KPI of field agents.

This application was developed to manage and control access for visitors coming to the Head Office and the Annex of Sterling Bank Plc. It allows each staff to schedule an appointment for their visitor, authorize visitor with an Access Code or a QR code via a smart device. It also has email and SMS feature as a mean of notification.

Vehicles and Drivers Compliance system is a system that addresses the following problems identified by the business

• Paper-based check sheets and manual recording/filing processes.
• No traceability and instant analysis of vehicle inspected by LH and Transporter (Identity of transporter and LH inspector known)
• No clear ownership by transporter to carry out vehicle own vehicle inspection
• Current vehicle inspection is prone to fraud
• Findings from accident report shows that vehicle inspection checks are almost a tick box (sometimes done by unqualified inspectors)
• No instant feedback to transporters once truck is rejected and no consequence in place
