Using Microsoft Sharepoint we construct the internal portal, we gave to each department some section to upload relevant information for share inside the company, at the same time the internal portal was created for deploy Jatco Ltd. information inside Jatco Mexico.

For different offices inside both plant (Site1 and Site2) we automate access control with Id Card. My responsability was coordinate external suppliers with IT team for achieve this requierement according to information security requirement.

My responsability was to coordinate inside time and budget the construction of an application to control finance budget including the Japan ERP (Visual Basic, Oracle DB) andInfor ERP (Microsoft SQL). In a 1st step we develop this application in Delphi but later we move to .NET and Microsoft SQL .

My responsability was the planning and execution for CoE (Centre of Excellence) for IT . Coordinate groups from Japan, China, Thailand and Mexico. We receive an award for this project.

Construction of SIte#2 for Production. My responsability was to coordinate all activities for Data center construction and support IT operations in new plant.

Infrastructure (Communication between plant at the beginnig by microwave the by fiber optic, Local Servers and BackUp between plants, internet, ...)

Applications (Share all local applications between plants, Microsoft andOraclelicences for administration and production)

In general share all IT services for the new site.

Jatco Mexico Plant #1 we expand the plant and add additional line of production. My responsability was to provide IT services for this new area (WiFi using CISCO equipment, New computers, Handle new licences, ... ) Coordinate the project on time and inside budget. Consideringinternal IT team, external suppliers, etc.
