Responsible for leading, managing and providing oversight for projects, reporting to Head of Professional Services

· Create and oversee project plans and resources estimates, monitoring and tracking project execution and ensuring budgets and timelines are met within the requirements of contracts.

· Work collaboratively with product sales team to identify Services opportunities at prospective and existing clients and to strategize on those business opportunities, leading/supporting proposal efforts

· Manage cost/sizing for proposals, develop project plans/roadmaps, set milestones, assign tasks and resources, set objectives and meet contract scopes of work.

· Ensure the overall quality of the implementation and assist in the professional development of the Implementation Team by working with them to identify opportunities to expand their technical skills and business knowledge

The system is a fully-integrated lending and leasing platform that enables the finance teams of commercial banks, manufacturing captives, and independent finance providers to streamline operations, lower costs, and manage risk. (Java, Spring, Oracle platform)

Responsible for managing project teams that are developing the new version of the SaaS platform, correcting bugs and minor upgrades to current versions and customizing the system to meet specific client needs.

Provides strategic input to all phases of the system development life cycle: Strategy, design, integration, development, testing, deployment and support.

● Managed the weekly systems releases for the standard platform as well as unique versions for 4 major clients.
