Add new API routes and funcitonality while tracking performance via AWS events

Implemented a PDF viewer to allow instructors to provide inline feedback to students. I specifically working on the integration of the frontend for students and instructor.

In order to help systems migrate to new Web standards, I created a application that would convert Web requests to previous standards version.

Created a puppet based build pipeline to create a general OVA that would have all required security patches, technologies and product configurations. This reduced the amount of work required by the deployment team, reducing the client setup process by 1 hour per machine.
