    I am trained in (Oracle/MS SQL Server), data/report analysis (Excel, Google sheets, PDF), admin tasks such as (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Jira software application support, back-end support for Oracle and SQL, testing for mobile cloud applications, assisting and supporting users during testing and live system implementation, providing user support, report generation, and investigation of minor and major system issues, and basic Korean translator through writing and translation. I also coordinate with the logistic team for the inventory item count in the warehouse and encode it in the system. Ongoing training for the Phyton language.
