Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with onsite team for Knowledge Transfer
• Build up Client University of Diamond at offshore.
• Member of maintenance, development and support team.
• Root cause analysis and solve the issues.
• Coding front end using Power Builder.
• Coding backend in PL/SQL (Packeges, Procedures, functions, cursors etc.)
• Unit testing of the system.
• Execute and deploy change requests and enhancements in unit environment.
• Prepare Design Memo, RCA documents, Daily Status Tracker and SDS.

• Handling problem tickets with different severities well within the SLA.

• Writing SQL scripts to create reports as requested by the Client/Users
• Managing and Monitor Servicenow queue and alert mails
• Creating incidents, problem tickets and change request using ServiceNow

• Having discussion and meeting with the Application Team, Vendor Team and the Business Users in understanding the issue and fixing them.
