Key player between the QA and development team for discussing functionalities and providing inputs for the bug fixes

Interact with onsite team to clarify queries related to system requirement and maintain query log.

Participate in Knowledge Transfer and Reverse KT sessions. Resolution of functional and process related queries of peers.

Assign the task to peers and track their progress by maintaining tracking sheets.
