CSP is a web-based application which provides an interface for around 3000 AMEX credit representatives to deal with delinquent customers CSP has a telephony interface called Davox (Dialer mode) through which the Credit representative can speak with the customer on a phone and simultaneously work on the case. CSP provides the ability to process the majority of cases from one screen with data that clearly identifies the reason for the case setup, as well as information for the customer conversation, treatment strategy and actions/decisions based on real-time information. CSP application is used in three regions. US, EMEA and JAPA.
