Description
EPABX/PBX is a private branch exchange that is responsible for allowing internal/external telephone calls from the respective extension. The PBX stores CDR data in its buffer. Need to capture these CDR (using java Program) and create a tool for the same. Process the CDR and inserting them into the database. It provides various reports, dashboards, and graphical reports. And also monthly mailing of reports to individual users with secret codes, Mail alerts in case of CDR data capturing is stopped, and various alerts.
