Citi Bank captures the account information ,customer information ,Customer Transactions, Billing Info ,Statement report from the source system .It will process the Source system information and will provide the details to the downstream partner through batch process in Unix Platform using Abinitio/Talend technology Performance testing deals with the batch process to measure the processing time and processed volume. Server metrics can be captured using nmon/sarmon utility.Load runner also been used for UI modules to measure the performance metrics 

OCE captures the order from the customers who wants AT& T connections like DTV,VOIP,Internet etc.It includes existing connections ,new connections and also combination of existing and new connections. Orders being captured and maintained in their AT& T Web portal.The Back office Agent picks the order from their portal queue and track the order .They will update the order once the connections has been completed/reviewed.
