Installation of AX 2012 R2 and R3 for ERP Implementation and Configuration

Implementation for ERP in both versions of Microsoft ERP products

To contribute the Procurement module Implementation of Purchase Requisition, Request for Quotation, Purchase order and Purchase agreement with workflow approval process from the Mobile app as well as AX client and configured the email notification with attachment for each level of approvers to take necessary action.

To contribute the Finance module support and development/customization activities and developed the project status monthly financial report for management and developed the VAT consolidation company report and VAT Purchase, Sales and Reverse charges report. Chart of account structure and new legal entity configuration etc..

To contribute the implementation of zero based budget control module and enable the provision to finance end user to import original budget register entry from excel template as well as budget transaction service used in the Microsoft Excel-Add Ins to create/update budget entries through AIF budget transaction service into AX.

To develop data sources and captured data for each business process of Procurement, Actual vs Budget and Finance related report data through batch processing and update the data in a specified interval.

To contribute the support activity of Project, subproject and assign the WBS activities for an employee to record timesheet. And also integrated the project, WBS activities and timesheet transactions in to AX 2012 R3 to create project, WBS, forecast and to create/update the budget of Manpower, Expense and Material project category and extract the timesheet transactions to create the hour journal and post the same

To contribute develop the vertical solution of Project Invoice automation tool from the creation of project contract billing rule to Project Invoice Posting with workflow approval process.

To contribute the implementation of Project revenue recognition from fixed price project completion percentage method and to find out the WBS activity wise performance obligation while running the estimation of the project. IFRS 15 for both Completed contract and Completed Percentage revenue recognition method with sale value concept of fixed price project in AX 2012 R3.

To contribute the employee payroll process of absence register upload, adjustment transaction upload and developed the employee Salary register report to submit for management approval to process employee salary.

To support and develop the business logic as per requirement and testing the same with business process of asset management transformation End of Leasing, Automatic Recovering System and get assets data from the different third-party applications name as Xchanger and IDS etc. and Integrated data same into AX for reconciliation purpose. Asset Management Transformation Process Implementation in two phases: R1 (Release 1) and R2 (Release 2). R1 Phase – AX 2012 R3 and R2 Phase – D365 Finance and Operations R1 means inbound process and R2 means outbound process.

AX 2012 R2 to be integrated with Third party application of Employee Payroll Process portal through AIF Custom Service, the initial process of integration to be developed a custom service for creating a Vendors, Banks and Employees through X++ code with standard validation and deploy the service in inbound port. And tested the deployed WCF service through sample web application project. To develop a new ASP.Net web application to testing the web service before handover to client

In AX - CRM integration process through Microsoft Dynamics Connector with AIF Document and Custom Services,
the initial process of integration mapping from CRM 2011 custom entity to AX 2012. The custom entity integration
of standard master/entity like Item group, Customer and Vendor etc...
Proposal offer detail in CRM can be integrated into AX 2012 RFQ process in Procurement and Sourcing module for
the purchasing of item and service from the vendor, with base functionality of purchase agreement process. When
Opportunity won in CRM, the project master to be created and the same to map into the RFQ, to process vendor
invoice based on project and Update the inventory transactions as well.
An additional part of integration development, to develop the custom workflow with multi approval functionality
for Request for Quotation (RFQ) approval process to be complete before RFQ send to Vendors.
To be developed the DLL (Dynamic Link Library) for integration of document handling process from AX to CRM and
vice versa, using SharePoint technology to storing and maintaining the documents synchronously.

To contribute to the core relation of Client business process Customizations and Reports. In order to move AX 2009 customizations and reports to AX 2012 R2 and also customized upgrade script for dimensions, Chart of accounts, Master and Setup data related objects integrated. AX 2009 Morph X reports have been newly developed as SSRS reports in AX 2012 R2. The third party application integration services also integrated and deployed the same.
