- Clients Interaction to understand project requirements. 

- Research & discovery (user tasks/journeys/needs, visitor stats, market/competition analysis etc. )

- Stakeholder interviews/workshops

- Full cycle user centered design (UCD) process (user insight, personas, requirements, journeys)

- Regular design review meetings (face to face / teleconference) with business & development teams

- Focus on feature usefulness and usability

- Creating wireframes and UI for web and mobile apps.

- Visualizing & creating user interface for Web & mobile applications

- Team management (Work allocation, status updates, sprint planning, work estimation.)
