Manhattan SCALE is a WMS, it includes the operations and activities surrounding the warehouse, such as inbound and outbound logistics and yard management.
• Manhattan SCALE was integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX to perform Warehouse operations.
• My role was to closely monitor this integration between AX and SCALE.
• Analysing the incidents and providing permanent solution for them as per business users concerns.
• Interaction with business users on need basis to understand the issue and to provide permanent fix to the issue.
• Daily interact with client over call.
