Conceptualizing the product, and creating the MVP. Tried running the MVP with a few local businesses and modified as per customer feedback. Finally, this product is working for multiple restaurants in almost all continents within less than 3 months.

I managed the backlog, sprint planning, QA & delivery of each sprint. I was also instrumental in creating scope and timeline estimation, risk and communication management with the client.

I worked as the delivery manager for the entire project and I managed the complete project since it's inception, till the go-live. I was even part of the maintenance team for over 3 years after going live.

As the product manager, I had to understand the requirements from the business users, translate them to scope document and make that usable for the developers. I managed the scope, time, cost, risks and communication for the entire project and delivered on-time and on-budget product for the business to operate across India.
