Snehasish is a technology driven professional expert with 7+ years of relevant experience in IT Industry of Innovation and Growth, He is playing a role of Executive Assistant to CEO & MD currently in ADROSONIC and he is also looking into the Digit...role of Executive Assistant to CEO & MD currently in ADROSONIC and he is also looking into the Digital Marketing along with Technical initiatives related Blockchain, CRM and Data Privacy and Quality . His Job is to keep the associates up and aware of the new technologies and new innovations that can help the organisation to take it to the next level.He has also established GDPR Norms within the Organization for securing and safeguarding Data and also implemented CMMI Lev.3 . Previously he was an Expert Consultant in Agile Implementation and Quality Assurance in ADROSONIC. He is Experienced in domain of Insurance , Claims, Auto,Home and Life and P&I .Before This Role, Snehasish was working with Capgemini as a Senior Consultant for 5 Years and used to look after the complete QA starting from Test Planning to Report Management .

8 years of experience in Functional,Unit, Sanity,Regression testing using mainframe and UI.
Abilities in managing Manual Software testing (Black Box) efforts including identifying test scenario, creation of test cases , Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT,bug reporting and follow up using HP QC, JIRA, TestLink, Version One
Implementation of the V-Model ,Waterfall process and Agile in Respective projects.
Understanding the system and identifying the test requirement (based on business Requirements of the application/product)
Implementation of Agile methodology and planning tasks Sprintwise.
Working closely with the Project Managers for defusing and resolving client related concerns.
