Route Optimization for Food delivery Riders

Every morning the Food orders placed from office building need to be delivered in best possible fashion , so that Time or Distance is Minimum

based on data collected from Google Maps API . Different combinations were evluated via Genetic Approach and then API endpoit was exposed for data upload and JSON outout which shows the 3-5 best possible paths to take in order to minimize the time / distance for riders .

Product Demand Forecast for next 4 Weeks for each of 2 big warehouses the Ali Baba Subsidary Daraz had in Karachi and Lahore .

So to avoid drop shipping and keep more in demand items in own warehouse maximum time to deliver best customer delivery experinece .

Computer Vision Problem : Since TPL is a insurance compnay , they receive Car damage claims , so task was to Detect the region(s) Damaged by using CV technciuqes and then 2nd part was to estimate the Severity of the damaged area into 3 categories (Mild , Moderate , Severe) to help the claims team

Based on car related, premium related and driver related details , we devised the predictive model to estimate the chance of  receiving a claim in the next 12 months for that car .
