The project is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that empowers people how they live as they age. It deals with multiple projects under the same belt. It’s a solution of different projects. Staying Sharp, Membership Benefits, Loyalty cart are few, developed under a same solution AARP. AARP majorly deals with AEM developments standards and frameworks.

Technologies: AEM – Component based UI development, JavaScript, JQuery, Agile methodology, HTML, CSS3, BEM Standards.

Backend: MySQL, AEM. Team Size: 10-15.

ROLEs:

· Development in pure JavaScript and JQuery.

• Dealt with Game development for Staying sharp. Games are built on a different component and after which are authored.
• Component level based AEM UI development.
• Object-Oriented Programming and the ability to understand complex architecture design.

The project deals with creating a site to deal with the performance of the employee. Which includes keeping track of different activities for the employees working in different practices. Also calculating the employee performance in terms of points. And maintaining complete transparency and measurable data.

· Development in Angular 5, Sails JS, MongoDB. Dealing with Architects in providing the appropriate solution.

· Purely JavaScript driven project from both frond end and backend. The front-end deals with Angular 5 and Sails for the back end.

· Worked extensively on Angular 5 and Sails JS and MongoDB.

• Ensured timely delivery of the tasks and user stories.

The project deals in revamping the existing website with a new look and feel. And more of a content driven project. NSS labs intends to redesign and redeploy their site nsslabs.com and research.nsslabs.com. Were both domains are consolidated under a nsslabs.com. They also have an eCommerce section in their site to show case their reports.

· Worked as a lead in providing estimates to the sales to team before the project was acquired.

· Worked as a UI lead and mentored 3 junior resources.

· Created modular-based UI were the EPI could use them accordingly.

· Coordinating with onsite team members to ensure timely delivery of the tasks and user stories.

· Active participation in SCT meeting, Scrum Call, Estimation Call, Sprint Planning meetings and Retrospective.

The project deals in integrating 2-3 independent software applications across various platforms into single software. This has happened as a part of an organization growth and de-phasing of all these software’s individually.
