I worked as a salesforce consultant, taking ownership of gathering requirements from the business of free zone team and property management team members, implementing, testing and delivering the requirements.

Dubai International Finance Center (DIFC) is one of the Dubai free zone company works for their customers of free zones. As part of this engagement I was involved to be part of implementing DIFC Registrar services to be available on a portal. The old system has offline process where DIFC customers use to visit DIFC physically and submit the requests. After this implantation the services were available on the website and customers use to submit the same service request via customer portal. This was developed in Lightning enabled portal using Lightning framework components. We enabled document generation for the customers to generate submitted & approved requests using drawloop application and used HEXA BPM to business to follow up the service request next steps to service customers

Heart of Europe is a real estate business where they had the current system in oracle crm and planned to migrate to salesforce to benefit the seamless features and providing the rich user interface to their customers and business. We as a consultant involved gathering requirement from the business designed and developed an architecture to meet the customer expectations. Modules involved in this engagement are property management, lead management, account/contact/opportunity management, broker management and boat ticketing system.

GYMNATION is the Europe based gym center. They have over 7 thousand customers and expanding their business in UAE. We built an application to the marketing and sales team to generate leads and convert them as their customers using salesforce CRM. We integrated salesforce with Facebook, Instagram, google ad words and their personal website to generate leads in salesforce. We automated leads to different marketing & sales team automatically using round robin algorithm and works based on the built timesheet application. As a consultant I involved gathering requirement from Gymnation, designed and developed an architecture to meet the sales & marketing team requirement

Pathway offers a rich reporting component to support its key activities. This application was built using lightning design system with help of Lightning components (Aura frame work) and visualforce.

There are various ticketing tools available for the business which needs to be integrated with salesforce service cloud for making bi-directional data exchange between SFDC and the ticketing tools. All the available standard functional implementations including feature licenses such as knowledge articles, live agent etc along with necessary integrations used with REST&SOAP API has been implemented for making interaction with end system applications. The major implementation in this project is Rally & life ray integrations with salesforce.

Siebel/Mainframes are integrated with Salesforce CRM and are in sync. The data of Siebel/Mainframes were being maintained in oracle/SQL Server data bases from there used to load into Salesforce via windows batches using Windows Task Scheduler through data loader xml configuration. The business maintains all the databases in sync to avoid interruption for business function users.

This is a reporting application designed and developed in force.com environment using visualforce pages, Backbone JS (JQuery tables) to fetch the opportunity snapshot data and display in a visualforce page. This application works based on business regions corresponding user level permissions.

This application uses to customize their bookings, their contact details, their requirements on the booking venues over 1800registry website. This application is based on google maps where it uses for customers to easily point their guest location through the map.
