▪ Product is build using Java, springboot, Kafka, ELK, Prometheus, Kubernetes
▪ Designed the end to end CICD flow for microservices based platform on Ship and shore
for Cruiselines.
▪ Worked with Kubernetes based deployments
▪ Managed the testing team (QTP, Jmeter, postman, cucumber)
▪ Designed Implementation of Helm based deployment rather than spinnaker
▪ Suggested implementation of opentracing based distributed tracing
▪ Used AWS, terraform, kubernetes, Ansible, liquibase, Jenkins, Sonarqube

Managing the Devops team
▪ Implemented the Devops KPIs like Deployment speed, Failure rate, MTTR etc.
▪ Helping in SRE initiative. Driving the operations teams to work on toil budgets
▪ Part of the design team building a Scalable Flag ship Honeywell IOT Platform to support
a series of products for different Business in the Analytics, IOT and Big Data Space
enabling.
▪ Designed Hortonworks platform based bigdata service with integration with Waterline
and Paxata. Apache Nifi was used for data ingestion.
▪ Designed, deployed Scalable and reliable (IAM) identity and access management
service for millions of users, applications and devices using the Honeywell IOT
platform.
▪ Evaluated multiple IAM products. Went through build versus buy analysis and
selected Forgerock. Helped in reduction of 40% cost and improved performance
SLAs by 50% for 8 million identities over 3 years.

▪ Built a robust Devops framework for IAM using Bitbucket, Bamboo, Ansible,
Octopus deploy, Azure Arm templates, Powershell and Docker Swarm.
▪ Adopted Scaled agile framework in conjunction with Devops to reduce the cycle
time by effective iterations.

Design, deployment of a Vocollect project to analyze the user behavior in the
docks. Tools Used: Docker, kafka, Redis, Storm, R, Azure cloud. The product
enabling a business value realization of 4 Million.

Lead the technical team in Design deployment of Devops service in conjunction
with Agile for Honeywell Enterprise. On-boarded 100 .Net, Java, Mobile projects.
