Project overview: BC product is used by officers for daily marking entry/exit of passengers, in addition to resolve any travel related issues from Passengers Ahwal office.

§ Manages and supervises a team of 6-8 members by managing the full product lifecycle, working closely with product owners, UX, development team to drive new feature development from start to finish - define requirements, write user stories, solve problems, make decisions during development, and lead ongoing improvements.

§ Define a roadmap for enhancing and optimizing the platform performance (including Web, Mobile Web, Mobile App.).

§ Monitoring and Analyzing KPIs data, product issues and customers' complaints logs to identify points of improvements and strengths.

§ Interfaces with clients and gains understanding of functional and non-functional requirements/processes and establish objectives and key success factors with the help of identified stakeholders through meetings and discussions.

§ Plan for sprints, conduct grooming sessions, attend daily standups for progress review, and give feedback on retrospectives.

§ Liaise with Business operations and business stakeholders to align on next milestones, releases and statistics.
