XXXXX is dental equipment maker and dental consumables and is using highly customized Salesforce platform.

• Prepared overall QA strategy, Test Automation solution design document.
• Created Transition Plan for easy transition from incumbent vendor to my team.
• Created tasks for Knowledge transfer, Shadowing, Reverse-Shadowing transition activities.
• Schedule and host various meeting to initiate a completely new project to the organization.
