As QMS Head: achieved ISO 9001:2008 Certification for the Organization of 200 employees and sustained successful re-certification
over a period of 10years. Created all processes within Organization including Project Management Protocol, Checklist, Guidelines,
CAPA records, Lessons learns, Data analysis including re-work analysis. Increased organization's productivity multi-fold and received appreciation from CEO and mostly all the airline clients.

As SCM & Release expert, handled over 25 airline client deliveries with 100% on-date record with structured data management and
archive policy including backups and retrievals. Managed and documented Tulagi software for Panasonic Avionics Corporation for
customer delivery and upload.

Tested and Implemented in-depth Quality Control and Assurance processes within the organization from Project initiation to customer release.
