Ø Valuation of Plant & Machinery as at Balance Sheet Date.

Ø Determing the estimated cost of acquisition of Plant and Machinery whose actual invoices are not available.

Ø Determing the Fair Market Value of the asset as on the acquisition date.

Ø Determine the FMV value of Plant and Machinery for the purpose of Mergers and Acquisition.

Ø Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so as to reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability.

Ø Store Management, maintaining proper stock book, stores ledger, regular accounting of store consumption for materials.

Ø Preparation of MRP, indents, Maintaining of Fixed assets register, Verifying of suppliers bill.

Ø Reconciliation of bulk materials, waybills, mobilization and demobilization of store.

Ø Having sound Knowledge in survey, Foundation & Erection.

Ø Resolve Right of way (ROW) Problem.

Ø Planning & Co-ordination between site office and Head Office.

Ø Maintaining Field Quality Plan (FQP).

Ø Supervising On-Site progress.
