Ticket Auditing Tool uses text analytics to classify the Support tickets based on the ticket’s text data and segment them as per need. Software used - Python language for Data Processing & Creating Excel reports and for developing Machine Learning models. Flask UI, to create the Client side Web-Interface with the Python application acting at the server side. The application invokes the NLP Model for analytics which is hosted as a Web Service

Invoicing Delay Analytics predict the variables influencing delay in invoice processing and suggest any corrective measures like process improvisation etc. Developed a Regression & Classification Model, using linear regression & Radom Forest classifier which predicts the invoice value given few dependent variables and delay possibility of an invoice.

Designed and developed an Automatic Code Exchange application for Queensland Railways, Australia, using VC++ and an exchange protocol using TCP & UDP. Worked on Log Analysis of semi structured data using python scripting. Task is to classify the signaling parameters as Correct/Error prone based on the Logistic Regression model developed using the railway signaling issues and suggesting corrective actions

Designed and worked on Next Generation Robotic System, Italy, which involved simulation of Robotic action on VC++ UI. Worked on Predictive Diagnostics module showing the failure of Robotic components due to wear & tear and various other parameters. A model is developed to perform diagnostics which calculates probability of failure.
