§  MIS reports relating to uptime, downtime of the network etc to measure the health of the network based on POP, Network components etc.

Review of rules & policies of Network components of SWAN

§  Review the Network Security Policy of SWAN

§  Review the Configuration of Network and Network Components. Acquainted in performing Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing.

§  Handling Client tickets, monitoring and troubleshooting network issues.

§  Majorly handles issues on three technologies CUCM,VPN-client, Network issues and resolutions will be documented

§  Monitoring around 80 sites network devices across the globe.

§  Creating tickets for network alerts, analyzing and coordinates with ISP, Local contact for resolution of the issue.

§  For client issue, in order to investigate and fix issue, we use to work by accessing user machines remotely.

§  Monitoring all links related to NIC/NKN all over India.
