Scheduler as the name suggests was designed to schedule the Job. The structure of job was predefined & works as a template. All the services in Scheduler was Restful web services which can be consumed to schedule the job. There was a lot of business logic involved which tells scheduler when to pick & execute the job. The job itself was executed by python scripts which in turn sends the status of job to some kafka topic. Another module listens to topic & update the status of a job in database.
 

A digital wallet which customers use to save their offers, gift cards, welcome offers, credit/debit cards. The wallet was integrated with their multi channel application E.g.: Android, iOS, Tablet website, mobile website & Web application. Wallet itself was integrated with multiple third party services like validating gift card & offers services. As a part of wallet team, I had worked as an individual contributor, involved in designing, requirement gathering, development & testing.

This project fulfills business requirements for creating new direct customers. Cart is maintenance application which continuously growing in scope due to additions of fresh requirements with every release. User can directly access Cart application through web to acquire Dish services of Satellite Video and Broadband. The UI of this application is very user friendly where user can choose the packages and programming of interest.  

This is a call steering online tool which interacts with the user by collecting the caller response. Based on the data collected from the user, the tool groups those utterances into tags and generates grammar with the help of compute node. User can configure the different prompts for different tags as per the requirements. Tools also provide the option to test the accuracy of generated grammar. After fine tuning the grammar and configuring the prompts, user can download his call steering tool as a war file and can deploy it on his own server.  

Development of an application, which acts as an electronic medium of communication between the Franchisor and its respective Franchisees, consisting of modules having specific functionalities to meet the steps in setting up of a new franchisee, to calculate royalties, Managing Contacts, Customer Transaction and Franchisee Information of a particular Franchisor etc.
