Scope

End to end implementation of Tableau BI with focus on consolidation and comparison of data from multiple systems. The scope of the project was to standardize the input from multiple systems (SAP, Flat Files) and use the same to help the end-users to make informed decisions.

Deliverables

• Creating Data Visualizations as per customer requirements.
• Presales activities including demo, Proof of Technology, guided evaluation of different products.
• Elicit customers to understand their business processes, both micro and macro levels.
• Identifying the pain-point and recommend solution options to business units/users.

Scope of the project was to expand Tableau Business Intelligence replacing the existing system for Data analysis. The data from various sources had to be consolidated to a single data source in order to obtain a set of highly interactive dashboards.

Deliverables

• Provided solution to client through Tableau Server software Installation and setup for “Cluster setup (multi nodded Installation)”
• Setup Infrastructure to deploy dashboards and dynamic reports to Server
• Involved in requirement gathering to deploy servers on different Environments
• Deployed Server on testing and Staging Environments with all specifications and Configurations needed
• Deployed Server on production environment and tested on all security aspects
• Installed Tableau Server in a three node cluster which is one primary and two worker nodes
• Configured High availability and disaster failover recovery on server to avoid down time

Scope

As part of to develop the dashboard we need to extract the data stored on Insightly, the scope of this project is to extract the data from Insightly and process it in a clean format the store on data base to create Tableau reports on top of it.

Deliverables

• Architected Data warehouse based on the KPIs.
• Provided data solution to client to get overall data from the Insightly CRM
• Implemented complete Data Integration Part using Talend DI and processed the data.
• Developed Talend jobs to pull the data from Insightly through REST API
• Used different components to design jobs and push data into database
• Build dashboards on Insightly data to do Opportunities analysis.
• Warehousing was replicated using Talend in order to provide the client the independence of choosing a suitable data.
