Handling the testing and maintenance activity for all the healthcare applications of different employers

Triage acitvity of the bugs being raised and then test it after being fixed.

Assign work to the team members and also conduct scrum activities on daily basis

RCA of the bugs being raised and priortize them

Conduct trainings for the new joiners and also initiate in process improvements

Testing of Analytical web Applications was performed. Agile Ceritifed internally at company and followed the approach.

Additional responsibilties:

1. Scrum meeting conducted to know the daily status of the project.
2. Sprint Planning to plan the user stories, estimates and update them in Jira.
3. Creation of test cases in Jira and test the application accordingly
4. Raise defects in Jira and assign to concerned developer.
5. Provide walkthrough to the client on the current status of the application.
6. Sprint Retrospective to find the gaps in the last sprint and how to overcome it.

At Accenture, I worked with Accenture Interactive Team, where we follow agile methodology and deliver the project in 3-4 sprints. Night Audit application being used by Hospitality industry which runs every night and calculate the check in and check our details and other details associated with it.

• The requirement is to redesign existing vb6 application to .NET application to make it web based.
• My role is to perform manual testing on web application after getting deployed on different servers.
• Regression testing is also performed in order to verify the enhancements made to the web application.
• Performance testing is performed by capturing the log time and compare with the old application and verify the time taken by application to execute.
• Supervise the team members to perform testing by creating test scripts.
• Create report of the defects and log them into Quality Center ALM 12.0.
• Deliver the test results to UAT team to verify at their end.

My role was to test those web applications and check for the validations,payroll data, beneficiary data and other rules being defined by each employer for opting benefits.
