This application used AI technology to analysis the customer query from huge client customer care database and get the appropriate reply, AI technology also makes Chat-bot to learn from what a customer says to personalize the interaction and build off previous interaction.

Detail: The project aimed at creating a dynamic SharePoint Provider Hosted Apps using MS Azure for the client which allows the user to make online data entry of entire UNHCR global refugee education system which enabling the client management to monitoring the process centrally.

Environment: IBM Lotus Note 8.5, SharePoint O365, Dell Quest Tool and Power Shell Script.
Detail: The project aimed to migrate Lotus Note application to O365 environment using Dell Quest tool. Different custom Power Shell Script are created to overcome the error in migration and also customize the migration requirement.
