Krypton is a mobile app built on Android and iOS platforms, and it has been designed and developed primarily for the doctors but is also used by practice staff and NAMM management users. It provides doctors all their key performance stats such as Built Up RAF, 5-Star scores, ED and PCP visits, commercial and senior membership count, utilization management stats, and other stats related to senior members annual health assessment, in addition to 5-Star and P4P measures. Krypton also provides push alerts regarding ED visits and TOC (Transition of Care) discharges. It is a tool that doctors use to monitor their performance in key areas on a daily basis to keep them on track to meet their quarterly and yearly goals. In its current version, it does not include any PHI or PII but in the subsequent versions, ITG team plans to include member level information to add more value to the app for the doctors.
