➢ Understanding the requirements and perform technical tests.
➢ Compare the expected and actual behavior and identify the issue causing failure for the same using MobaXterm & GEMS tool (Devops),SQL, Dynatrace,Kiana and Graphana dashboards.
➢ Check for the agents and nodes running status threads.
➢ Troubleshoot any issue with data /scripts.
➢ Discuss with developers and guide them in order to troubleshoot the application issue.
➢ Provide status reports on monthly, weekly and daily basis.
