Mr. Wentzel is the Co-Founder and Chief Architect for Freebirds Rides, a national platform connecting consumers with businesses, providing consumers rewards and cash back when booking Uber rides to the business’s local. Previously, Mr. Wentzel’s experience includes owning and operating Catapult Interactive, an incubator to develop ideas from conception to completion, including companies and websites such as the American Idol website, Botcopy.com, Abby Lee Dance with Me, MeltOnDemand.com and Dock.bot; a Software Architect and Engineer for Meteor Games, building scalable websites and porting to the tablet mobile market; a Lead Senior Developer for BAE System, creating GoArmy.com and mobile apps for the U.S. Military; a Lead Senior Developer for Facecake Marketing Technologies; and, a Software Developer for NASA. Mr. Wentzel received a Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science from the University of Louisville.
