§ Driving and overall responsible for delivery of various HPE Helion cloud service offerings which includes Helion Development Platform, Helion OpensSack, Helion Cloud Foundry, Helion Control Plane, Helion Service Manager, Helion Code Engine-CI/CD and Helion Stackato Console for both Linux and Windows support

§ Leading, driving and managing a large team which includes various product owners, architects, engineers and senior engineers for smooth execution of service offerings.

§ Taking the ownership of architecting, designing, integration of various Helion cloud offerings and spoke for Helion product offerings, leading and co-ordinate with application, Infrastructure, storage, networking and database architects for validating the technical and system architectures.

§ Formulating resourcing model as per specifications and cloud processes, work with the product owners to create detailed technical task lists, configuring CI/ CD platforms, release planning, providing technical guidance to the product team and ensuring adherence to product standards and best practices.

§ Taking the ownership of the budgetary estimation, stakeholder management at leadership level along with Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly status report with customer.

§ Defining and management of governance structure, best practices for product support and documentation, quality process adherence and productivity improvement.

§ Providing advisory services to the team so that implementation can be faster, better and cost effective.

§ Identified and followed the required quality of services, various resilience scenarios and considerations while designing and architecting the service offerings for Helion Cloud offerings.

§ Develop automation framework for Helion Cloud offerings for creating, deploying, and accessing cloud native applications.

§ Mentoring and providing training to the team on Helion Cloud offerings including installation, configuration and test scenarios.

§ Participate in internal OpenStack and Cloud Foundry summits across the team.

§ Conduct all product meetings, interact with product development team, manage defect tracking, task allocation, analysis and reporting and assist in enhancements using JIRA and ALM.

§ Driving in architecting, designing, developing, and testing the solutions like Architecture Assessment Toolkit, Managed Services, Smart Gird Consumer data analytics and LAB on Moon for Smart Decision Labs.

§ Taken the ownership and support RFP/RFI responses as part of Smart Decision Lab with complete solution proposition (both Technical / Functional).

§ Leading the Pfizer account and taken the ownership of operation, project execution and delivery, technical solution design and hiring.

§ Leading the Microsoft Competency which includes various solutions, business cases and project development in Microsoft .Net and SharePoint technology.

§ Leading and managing on demand consulting projects with strong organizational planning and coordination skills, strategizing and defining processes to improve operational excellence and also maintaining a cohesive team working in collaboration.

§ Involved in designing the solution, providing inputs for technical aspects and estimation for smart grid programs as part of RFP/RFI responses across the globe.

§ Leading the development of various solutions and deployment facilitators in the form of accelerators, process books, frameworks that will help clients improve the delivery of smart grid programs.

§ People management and vendor liaison responsibilities of co-development initiatives within the practice.

§ Responsible for finding the gap analysis & white space in the Utilities and design new solution based on that.

§ Support Pre-Sales team for RFIs & RFPs for Utility Industry.

§ Key member of the Utility Retail practice and part of SAP-ISU based project implementation.

§ Design and develop Smart Meter Energy Monitoring System (Intellectual Property).
