It is a online Telecom Tendering Tool used to procure Telecom Products.Developed using vb.net and SQL Server.I was working as backend developer . My responsbilities was for creating stored procedure which will be called from front end.

 PADDS is a syndicated cube wherein it is used by multiple pharmaceuticals clients to generate reports to get insight how their product is doing against their competitor’s products. The reports are generated to understand the sales at province level.

As a part of the development I had to develop the ETL using SQL Server 2008 and after the ETL was developed I had to create Cube for the same using SSAS 2008

CDH stands for Canadian drugs and Hospital .The  project is developed using SSIS and SQL Server 2005 where in SSIS is used to pull prescriber level data from the upstream system which include flat file’s and Oracle Database. The data is pulled to create a staging database and then business rules/massaging is done on the staging data to create a Data warehouse. After the data warehouse gets created the feeds are generated from the data warehouse by applying business logic for each client. There are around 10 clients for whom feeds are generated after applying business logic to the data available in the data warehouse.

The project is related to reinsurance wherein company wise we need to analyze the premium paid, claims, brokerage charge etc. To achieve this we had to design the ETL and then the Cube and reports out of it. The project involves calculations using MDX.The flow of the project involves extracting the data from master data base and creating a Data warehouse, from the data warehouse Cubes are developed. It is a very critical project for the client as they need to understand the claims that were received and premium that is receivable. We have more than 20 cubes and more than 50 reports for the current project.
