This project is about reducing the headcount for the call center by introducing the voice bot into the system.

My role includes: 

▪ Requirement Gathering
▪ Attended walk through meeting with BA’s for the requirements
▪ Developed the Code
▪ Unit Testing
▪ Attended everyday scrum meetings – Highlighted issues concerns.
▪ Supported Testing team and fixed the bugs
▪ Attended defect Triage meeting and Retrospective meetings I provided inputs
▪ Prepare daily status reports
▪ Have given Knowledge Transition to the newly joined members of the team

▪ Build Desktop and Mobile sites from requirements gathering, maintenance.
▪ Develop management and maintenance of websites, banners, category pages, campaign pages and mobile content.
