  4. Performing the peer 2 peer volume load integration to know the capacity in real time.
  5. To guide the sub ordinates to follow the best practices and conduct review of code.

Senior Software Engineer cum ServiceNow Expert (Nov 2018 – Sep 2019): Offshore

  1. Providing technical consulting, guidance and analysis of various ServiceNow ITSM Modules.
  2. Recommend the different viable options for the requirements to be built in ServiceNow.
