A project completely redesign and create a fresh application which intended to be an end-to-end system which is the backbone of the production & was going to be completely open source. The initial software which involved mix of .NET software, few outsourced modules & services was to be removed and a proper assembly line had to be created.

Me & my team travelled to the production headquarters, studied the operations & then had to create the wireframe of the entire operations on the open source platform which involved removing all outsourced & other vendor dependability’s. Post that planning the development of the software. Testing & implementation too along with it.

Post Development setting up the production servers, installations (OS, software's, libraries, etc.)

A project which was of created a complete booking Management System for the hotel, integrating it with various facility management services, reports.

Later on linking it with OTA sites & adding payment gateway for online booking.

A project to generate client reports using web based solution with complete automation system where majority of the report creation is done by the system. The only manual intervention is required in-case of adding insights & take away points into the report.
This was a mammoth task of automating all client reports across sectors. There were usage of charting solution, dashboard outputs, exporting PPT's along with the data, reports as PDF & HTML.
The reports which were created on HTML were made considering the mobile version and were responsive made using bootstrap.
The client could access the dashboard at this stage & complete support was provided.
An array of features were added to make this more robust & useful. Few of them were chart exporting with annotations, view clips, cross tab queries, custom unit of measurement, priority outputs.
Here I had a full fledged team of developers & designers to work with. I had to report to the business head with the project status and way forward.
Impact on production / delivery: There was a drastic change in data delivery and reports which used to take a week, would be ready in a day.
