Roles and Responsibilities:

 Resolving the user Issues related to MM solution.

 Managing and resolving tickets in MM in Purchasing, Inventory management and Logistics

Invoice Verification, Physical Inventory.

 Attending and resolving the day to day functional tickets raised as per the pre-defined SLAs.

 Handled responsibilities of low and medium issues in accordance with SLA guidelines.

 Resolving Day to Day issues as well as providing Solution for better Business Processes.

 Independently handled MM related issues

 Attending daily SDM meetings with the Team.

 Coordinate activities with other consultants of other modules.

 Understanding the functional requirement of the issues logged on by the user and working towards resolution of the

issue.

 Resolving the tickets logged into the helpdesk.

 Handling production support issues through ticket raised by end user.

 Resolved issues as per the defined SLA's without any deviation

 Did testing in development and quality server. Getting approval from client for the same.

 Testing CRs (change Requests) and documenting test results.

 Co-ordinated with other team members of different modules for analyzing and finding the solution for addressing tickets.

 Analyzing and providing solution for standard changes (creation of material group, purchase group).

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Master data – Material Master, Vendor Master creation and evaluation, Purchase Info Records with Purchase

Optimization techniques using Source List, Quota Arrangement, Outline Agreements.

 MM Documents – RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Invoice Verification

 Business Scenarios stock transfer / Transfer posting, Reservations and physical, Inventory management.

 Analyzing and providing solution for standard changes (creation of material group, purchase group)

 Understanding the functional requirement of the issues logged on by the user and working towards resolution of the

issue.
