About Me

Over the last 5 years, I have lead digital transformation projects at Genpact, engaged with the Indian Government(NITI Aayog) for redesigning citizen service platforms and helping with frameworks to improving India’s ‘Ease of Doing Business’...en service platforms and helping with frameworks to improving India’s ‘Ease of Doing Business’ rankings. In 2018, I helped set-up the Naropa Fellowship Programme; an entrepreneurial leadership programme for the Himalayan youth based in Ladakh. In the last one year, I have worked with the University of Kashmir to set up an incubation centre to promote entrepreneurship in the state and also co-founded algospark.io, a mobile and web app development company with a seed investment of $4000 taking it to revenue of $15000 in less than a year.

I am trained in Scrum, Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt).

After graduating with an MBA in Information Technology, I got a $13000 scholarship to attend the Young India Fellowship Programme which is Ashoka University’s flagship program in collaboration with University of Pennsylvania, Carleton College, Sciences Po - Paris, University of Michigan, Kings College – London & University of California – Berkeley
