  • Managed three Offices, Milford, OH; Anacortes, WA; Orange County, CA. ~12 projects. Team size was between four to 25 people on each project including Outsourced, Onshore and Offshore resources.
  • Led the redesign, development, and migration of an aging PDA product that provided a point-of-care solution into a leading-edge Tablet based web application, moving it from the C language into a modern C#/ASP.NET, utilizing the MVC model to create an enterprise architecture using the Agile, Extreme and Waterfall methodologies on different teams.
  • Ensured company technology strategy served its business strategy regarding platform selection and technical design, seeing the big picture, providing options, finding the 80/20, trained technical leaders, and having ownership of the development methodology.
