My Role is to provide solution to user’s issue/problem.
We analyze issue faced by user and provide solution depending on the nature of issue.
Checking of compliance reports every day.
Manage Domain environment for sites through remote support (Team Viewer, SCCM, MSRA, RDC).
Manage shared folder and devices through permission.
Data Backup of all users.
Avaya installation hard phones and Softphones.
Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting.
Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.
Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
Manage Antivirus (McAfee).
Laptop/Desktop Encryption using McAfee Drive Encryption.
Issue H/W, S/W and accessories to users.
Inventory management.
Hands on experience in Ticketing tool (BMC Remedy).
Closing of SR within SLA time and sending of daily report to Team Leader and Manager.
