Led an integration project from inception to completion between SAP and other systems using TIBCO. Modified existing architecture and introduced new architecture for the project. Directed and motivated the team to achieve project targets in time with 15 resources (offshore) and 5 resources (onsite) including billing and appraisal.

Key Contribution:

• Integrated latest technologies for system enhancement, analytic, POC on new concepts like Cloud (AWS) and Bigdata (Hadoop, kafka, flume, hive).

Headed architecture group for APAC region and lead creation for integration (TIBCO and MQ) and Bigdata (Hadoop) architecture, hosted on private cloud and AWS, new product engineering including validation, price negotiation, re-engineering, old package support, and upgradation. Streamlined procedures by solving technical issues, guiding project teams, and providing proper trainings. Led and encouraged the team of 20 people in achieving shared commitments and organisational goals.
