• Overall 13 years of experience in total with ERP Systems Testing, Support, Implementation - SAP modules involved SAP SUCCESSFACTORS, SAP HCM, SAP ISU -Utility
• Requirement gathering, involved in KT, identifying scope for improvement
• Designing workflow for complete HR functionality
• Testing and analysing business and system requirements to develop test conditions, test plans and scripts, and of executing these scripts in line with the test plan and accurately reporting results, using appropriate test tools and documentation.
• Experience of using test tool suites to manage testing activity and to provide testing metrics for implementation of System Integration and upgrade projects.
• Highly skilled in Technical and Functional System Integration testing, Exploratory Testing & system testing, Interface testing, worked with System Architects, Stakeholders, Project Managers, Product Owner’s and Business Users to understand and interpret business requirements as per the BPD’s / Data Flow diagrams.
• To Support multiple testing efforts simultaneously in different roles from QA Lead in executing tests involved in all complete life cycle of the project.
• Experienced to promote the use of established testing procedures, QA and IT processes and utilised.
• Manage testing and quality assurance deliverables and ensure established quality assurance standards are followed correctly.
• Followed Verification process on all Testing documents in Implementation and Upgrade projects required for UAT and Cutover activities.
• Strong Experience in working with Waterfall, Agile scrum model and V-model.
• Prepared & reviewed Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Traceability Matrices, Test Progress Reports, Test Scripts and Test Completion Reports as per testing process required for System Integration Testing.
• Strong Experience in Integration, System, Functional, Exploratory, Regression, Interface, Performance and UAT on all versions of SAP including Implementation, upgrade, migration of SAP 4.6C to ECC 6.0
• Expert in Cloud based testing and knowledge in Windows Upgrade & Migration testing.
