This project revolves with managing cases primarily. It focuses on Sales and Service cloud for Salesforce and helps in managing the booking process, raising cases,additional requests etc. Involved two-way integration with multiple third party systems with real time data manipulation.

Client has been at the forefront of the United Kingdom’s HVAC market. This project revolves with managing customer requests as well as its mobile workforce. It focuses on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning implementation and helps in managing the mobile workforce, pre sales and post sales, raising cases,additional requests etc. Involved two-way integration with SAP and Talend with real time data manipulation.

This project revolved with configuring and managing communities. The client needed to develop a lightning Community and lightning components which provides members access to import data for few custom objects rather than using external tools like Dataloader, Workbench etc. for this we have had to develop a custom data loader lightning component and expose it to the community users.
