Coordinating with D.M in case of any disputes relating to corporate actions and updating the same to clients.

To send daily reports of business, check-in process in coordination with the head office.

Proficient in solving the clients relating the ETS (Education Testing Service) and Non-ETS, queries regarding corporation action etc.

Handling the tickets through Global Help desk and ETS (Education Testing Service) tools.

Assembling computer hardware, OS installations, ETS software installations and maintenance.

Configuration and Tracking of corporate actions of all the lab surveillances and update the same in the clients account so that the margins are set accordingly.
