This project provides the opportunity to employees each year to enroll in their Health benefits for the next plan year. Earlier, customer support team used to process the enrollment manually on each account. This process was automated using UiPath, SQL Server.

HR team floats offer to new recruits and the same details are manually entered into the system on the day of joining, induction mail is sent out to internal stakeholders. Subsequently individual mails are sent to respective stakeholders for email id creation, system allotment, project rights creation and id card issuance. Follow up for these requests are done manually.

This project is undertaken to bring changes to the whole LOA process by implementing indicators that affects the Medical and Non-Medical health & Welfare coverages while the person is LOA. This is periodic process where the user will check the list of employees and set the LOA benefits applicable as per the set criteria. This process has to be done by the user manually for each employee.

Every year US benefits are reviewed through these sites called Upoint/YBR and we managed these with bots in Uipath

The pricing and Premium module was updated during the AEprojects with new pricing for each year which has unique pricing for all population was updated and tested and moved to production with high quality and with zero defects.
