I am a passionate VDI Systems Engineer actively seeking for a Challenging role & ready to relocate. • For the last 2 & half years, I’ve been the VDI System Engineer for NTTDATA Information Processing Service Pvt Ltd. based in India. Our Clients are delighted receiving Virtual Desktop Service through Platforms like Desktop as a Service (DaaS), Workspace as a Service (WaaS) & Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) hosting the VD Infrastructure (including Windows & Linux Servers) at our DataCenters spread across 4 regions globally.

With a small team of System Engineer(s) we have succeeded delivering VDIs over technologies like VMware Horizon view, Citrix XenDesktop, Amazon Workspace & Microsoft RDSH extending greater flexibility to the Clients based on their budget, geographical base, Network bandwidth & other IT requirements. These Infrastructures are hosted on VMware vSphere, completely managed by our Team. Keeping the dynamics of the IT Updates in mind, we have greatly automated the functions using tools such as Powershell & PowerCLI. We monitor the performance & Health checks using the inhouse tool Vistara. More than 20 vCenters are continuously logged through VMware Skyline Appliance. The Incident, Change & Problem management through ServiceNow & ITSM Remedy has shown excellent SLA record so far. 

• Prior to NTTDATA, I spent 1 year at IBM & approximately 6 years at HCL Technologies both based in India. Here, I supported 3 different accounts across 2 industries (Oil & Logistics), being responsible for all Virtualized applications, Desktops & Host Servers. We were majorly on Citrix platform – XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, NetScaler basics, etc. We were also responsible for Server Administration using windows tools such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & GPO. 
• Before moving into core virtualization technologies, I also worked with Accenture for a year & Mphasis, an HP company as Senior Service Desk Associate & Technical Support Officer respectively. 

Working at such a large agency, I learnt so much about the scientific approach to IT Services. Every decision we made was driven by data. Skills like Problem Solving, analyzing, working under pressure, strong oral & writing communication skills helps breaking Complex Technologies into pieces for the Customers.
