Sales Order System (SO) – a system to be able to enter, verify, print and process the Sales Orders by customers. Entries in this system will be the basis for Delivery Receipt(DR) and invoice generation.

Order Processing System (OPS) – designed and developed to allow input of the monthly Sales Invoices and generate monthly sales reports. Keeps track of the company’s customer profiles and salesmen’s profile and performance based on sales. Generates yearly sales reports.

Maintenance Engineering System (MES) – designed and developed to allow input of the jobs(repair/maintenance) done by the Engineering Department on the machines used for the manufacturing of matches.

Shift Performance Monitoring System – designed and developed for monitoring of daily production of matches per day per shift and for generation of reports needed on Monthly Management Meeting. Data will be inputs for Finished Goods System.

AR Aging of Accounts Report – reports generated using Crystal Report to monitor the Accounts Receivables from customers used for Monthly Management Meeting

Warehouse System (WS) – overall enhancement made on the system such as encoding and processing of Receiving Reports, Requisition Issue Slip and other reports generated by the system to eliminate the errors/problems encountered by the users.

Health Services Systems (HS) – created new programs and reconstructed some of the programs to prevent some fo the error/problems on the request, issuances and inventory of medicines being encountered by the users.
